STEP 1: Update your CV and pass an application to Cebu Pacific Air Website.
STEP 2: Wait for them to reply. Usually, they will give you a schedule for screening and interview.
STEP 3: Go to the venue. It’s preferable if you do the following:
STEP 4: Wait for your turn to be screened. They will usually check the height first if you are eligible. Then, the smile – you need to have a confident smile and set of teeth. Plus, your skin will be checked, you must have no visible tattoos, have no visible scars, and your skin must be even-toned. If you passed, then you can proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: You will be interviewed, so you can prepare for it beforehand. It’s preferable to answer the questions in English. Wait for the decision if you will pass for the final interview.
STEP 5: After passing your Final Interview, you will be offered the chance to train. Medical Tests and some requirements might be needed.
STEP 6: There will be a 2 month (47 days) training at the Main Office of Cebu Pacific. Expense, you will usually incur during the training period, are fares to the office (plane tickets to Manila are free), accommodation, and food expenses if there is no training on that day. There are also exams with a passing rate of 85 – 95%. You will be given 3 lifelines; it will become one less if you don't pass exams or drills.
STEP 7: After the initial training, you will have Supervised Line Experience, like an Intern Flight Attendant with a supervisor. Your Lead Cabin Crew will help you throughout the flight. However, be prepared that supervisors might scold you in front of the passengers.
After that, you will have a Check Ride, your last exam – a practical exam plus an oral exam with your supervisor or managers.
STEP 8: If you pass your last exam, then you can graduate and have "wings." Congratulations, you are now an official Flight Attendant of Cebu Pacific!

1. What are the requirements needed to be a Flight Attendant at Cebu Pacific?

2. What if I am below the required height? Can I pass?
You might not pass the first stage even though you have a pleasing personality or charming, but you could also try.
3. What if I have pimples, moles, scars, or freckles?
For pimples, many suggest that you do the interview when you don't have a breakout. For the other ones, as long as it can be covered by make-up, it's good to go.
4. What do I do if I have braces?
You can still apply, but if you have braces, then you get asked to take it out before training or before your Supervised Line Experience.
5. Do I need to graduate from college or get into an FA school to be a flight attendant?
No, as long as you are an SHS Graduate or a College Undergraduate, you can become a flight attendant. Things can be learned during your training.

Yes, they are. If you fail three times on exams or drill, you might lose your chance to be a flight attendant.
10. Do I get to experience being a cabin crew?
Yes, after your training, you will get a Supervised Line Experience where you will do the duties of a flight attendant. However, your supervisor will be assisting you and asking you some questions.
11. How do I know that I can become one?
Once you are done with the training, SLE, and your Check Ride, you will graduate and have your "wings." You can now be a certified flight attendant.
12. How much is the salary of a Flight Attendant in Cebu Pacific?
That will depend on your flight hours and allowances. Let's say your basic pay is PHP 14,500, and you have 70 flight hours for the month (70*350 = 24,500). So your take-home pay will be PHP 39,000 plus other allowances less deductions like taxes, premiums, etc. it’s a pretty big amount already!
